These Terms & Conditions govern your use of medcahealthcare.com and home healthcare services provided by Medca Healthcare in Bangalore. By booking or receiving services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Medca Healthcare coordinates home nursing, caregiver support, physiotherapy, diagnostics, and related clinical services at the patient's residence within our service area. Services are subject to clinical assessment, staff availability, and safe home conditions.

Not emergency care

Medca is not an emergency medical service. For life-threatening symptoms — chest pain, severe breathlessness, stroke signs, uncontrolled bleeding, or loss of consciousness — call emergency services (108/112) immediately.

Bookings and care plans

• Care begins after assessment and mutual agreement on scope, schedule, and fees.
• Clinical scope may change with physician guidance or changing patient condition.
• Families must provide accurate medical history and home access information.

Fees and payment

Service fees are communicated before engagement. Payment terms, deposits, and billing cycles are confirmed in writing or by agreed communication channels.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Repeated short-notice cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

Limitation of liability

Medca Healthcare delivers services with professional diligence but cannot guarantee specific medical outcomes. Liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable Indian law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.
